Team Leader/Electrician

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on-site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards.
• Report progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician (experience in supervisory role will be an
• advantage).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Holder of a valid driving license
• Certificate of character
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Residing in Plaine Wilhems region
