We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our QHSE Team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance.
- Verify that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis.
- Carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all stakeholders are adhering to regulatory safety standards.
- Periodically check functionality and optimization of all appliances on the premises and troubleshoot if the need arises.
Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Food science, microbiology or food related.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Hygiene policies.
- Strong people and process management skills.
- Clean certificate of character.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Excellent skills at developing concepts and ensuring documentation.
- Able to work on shift or roster and odd hours.
