The PPM & Reporting Lead reports to the MUBEX PPM and has as key responsibility to effectively and efficiently manage monitoring and reporting of organisational performance against key indicators and business objectives, specializing in the RPSS department.

 

Key roles and responsibilities

1. Assist in data crunching

     a. Identify Data Source.

     b. Collection of data.

     c. Assessing data quality by means of data removal or data clean-up.

     d. Reclassification of data into subcategories.

 2. Identification of data abnormalities and liaising with RPSS & Mubex Team for rectification of errors.

      a. Strong Team oriented personality.

      b. Basic knowledge in procurement will be an advantage (I.e. Incoterm 2020 knowledge).

 3. Assist in Organising Data in a structured format for Report creation.

 4. Assist in analysing Data to generate information in the form of reports.

 5. Share responsibility in reporting to our stakeholders and provide answers/insight on Business performance/queries.

 6. Assist in translating information from reports into Presentation by creating:

     a. Charts and graphs for visual representation.

     b. Interactive reports.

 7. Assist in Champions savings target setting and monitoring.

 8. Assist in Budgeting and translation of Budget in RPSS Catalogue.

 9. KPI Setting Up, Monitoring & Communication to our Stakeholders is a Key duty.

10. Support RPSS/Mubex Team with their queries.

11. Continuously support with upcoming enhancement of system to drive efficiency across the departments.

12. Responsible on monitoring and providing visibility on ZBB/WAPT of RPSS Team.

13. Improving ways of working and driving efficiency across the.

14. Assist the Mubex PPM.

•Basic Knowledge in procurement (Optional but an advantage).
•Knowledge in data analysis, database management, reporting, programming & Dashboard creation.
•Eager to learn and grasp new concepts especially outside field of study/expertise.
•Ethical behavior.
•Ability to handle complex situation under pressure.
•Attention to detail.
•Skill in Microsoft Office & related software specially Excel and Powerpoint.
•Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Profile Education: 
•Undergraduate degree in Mathematics / Data Science / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Experience
•Reporting and visualization of data.
•Advance level in Excel.
•Knowledge on Flowcentric, Syspro and SAP. (An Advantage)
•Proven Competence in Programming or database management.
•Skill in VBA, Macros & Power BI.
•Procurement and basics of finance (An Advantage)
