About the Role
Welcoming guest and attending to their needs and questions on facilities and services, schedules for outings & transportation. Provide information and special services to enhance guests' visits with courtesy and delivering a personalized service to our entire guest at all time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guest
- Answer telephone calls as per hotel SOP and reply e-mails.
- Write and follow up on messages.
- Ensure cleanliness at working area.
- Attending daily line up.
- Adhere to all hotel Standards and Policy.
- Attend to guest request and complaints.
- Follow up on lost luggage.
- Update flights and time on PMS.
- Update and prepare transportation planning.
- Contact local ground handler for flight/ expected time of arrival and vehicle information.
- Assist guest for online check-in and any other service
- Always update flight schedule and inform all concerned department/ guests via email/telephone.
- Update tour information or excursion regarding places of interests and other similar spots intended for tourists.
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules and promote upselling
- Write confirmation and send to room for any bookings to guests.
- Provide area maps, brochures and other literature to guests.
- In the absence of Supervisor all happening should be reported to Asst FOH/FOH.
- Supervise Bellman, Doorman and Drivers.
- Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations for guest.
- Develop personal and diverse relationships within the travel, dining, luxury goods, and services industries.
- Maintain logbooks for recording of the daily operations of the Concierge, Transportation and Bell Service.
- Fill daily checklist at each shift and send to Head concierge.
- Maintain clear, proper and accurate records of all lockers/safe provided to guests.
- Participate in training of all subordinates in coordination with job related standard, policies and procedures.
- Perform all duties, other than the above as requested by immediate supervisor.
- Follow up for Alice App requests.
- Maintain good communication and relationship between all departments.
- Reply to request/emails in a timely manner.
- Respect operation hours.
- Record preferences and communicate to others.
- Perform any cognate duties related to the job.
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an international ultra-luxury resort. He/ She must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. He/ She must be computer literate.
