Trainee

New Maurifoods Ltd, a company of the Eclosia Group, is recruiting a Trainee in the Quality department. The Trainee will report directly to the Quality Control Officer and will provide day-to-day support across a range of Laboratory functions.

Main Responsabilities

 • Perform routine verification of raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods

• Ensure that all products and process meet the company’s quality standards​​

• Assist in the implementation of quality control protocols and food safety standards

• Conduct site verification related to PRPs and report on findings

• Work closely with the Quality team and Production department to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Candidate Profile

• HSC holder  or any equivalent combination of education and experience

• Prior Laboratory experience will constitute an advantage

• Detailed oriented, accuracy in data entry and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a dynamic environment
