Garment technologist

Garment Technologist - Aquarelle Clothing Ltd Reporting directly to the Sampling Manager, the Garment Technologist will have as main objective to ensure all customer requirements are translated into an industrially feasible product.

What you will be doing:

•	To carry out High risks study on all new styles that are being developed
•	Identify HIGH RISKS related to each style & find technical solutions to avoid Quality / production issues in bulk 
•	Be proactive & take initiatives to communicate to Marketing/ Customer proposals for industrially feasible ladies’ garments 
•	Lead Pre-production with proper planning & organization in order to meet customer deadlines 
•	Participate & provide technical solutions at Pre-production to produce industrially feasible Ladies’ garments to improve quality & efficiency 
•	Advise sampling team & Pattern makers on best way of manufacturing & developing samples including machines & folders to be used 
•	Organize Pre-production meetings & define most efficient manufacturing process with factory for a smooth production 
•	Prepare Technical package & seal sample for bulk production 
•	Style launch and follow up of bulk

What are we looking for?
