• Respect procedures for food handling purposes                         
• Ensure compliance to all safety standards                      
• Participate in presentation & decoration of buffet        
• Instruct cooks to prepare food according to “fiche technique”                                                                                                                                           

Required Experience:

3 years experience in hotels or restaurants as DCDP
