Main Responsibilities
• Promote and sell our prime freehold villas and plots within a 150-hectare exclusive residential estate, set between the iconic mountains of the West and one of Mauritius’ most beautiful lagoons.
• Guide an international high-profile clientele through every step of their real estate journey, from first discovery to final signature.
• Support our commercial partners by providing them with all the tools and assistance needed to effectively promote the project, both locally and internationally.
• Represent the image and values of and Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate to our valued prospects, partners, and clients.
Profile
• Proven experience in property sales or high-end client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French (any additional language is an asset).
• Attentive listening, driven by challenges, with a strong sense of client service.
• Motivation, rigor, and passion for luxury real estate.
• Sales excellence, combining availability and innovative thinking to maximize sales opportunities and always deliver effective client follow-up.
• This position is based in the West, with occasional travel to other sites required to best support our clients and partners.
