About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, handling inquiries, and providing solutions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very Fluent in English mainly. Additional Languages is a bonus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy (OS, MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
