About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, handling inquiries, and providing solutions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very Fluent in English mainly. Additional Languages is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (OS, MS Office, CRM systems)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
