Alteo Agri Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Administrative Officer, who will be based at Mon Loisir, to join our growing team.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of operations and inventory
  • Prepare reports and handle data entry
  • Manage office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling, procurement, and logistics
  • Support compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and organize delivery of PPE and other equipment

Profile

  • HSC or Diploma/Certificate in Administration or any equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative office support
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
