The primary role of the HR Officer will be monitoring and analyzing HR metrics, managing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics
Develop dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and performance management
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR strategies and operations
Ensure company policies and practices comply with local labor laws and employment regulations
Stay updated on legislative changes and advise management on necessary adjustments
Support audits and investigations related to labor law compliance
Administer disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and legal standards
Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and prepare documentation
Facilitate grievance resolution processes and mediate conflicts when necessary
Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance reports
Work closely with line managers to address employee relations issues
Provide training and guidance on disciplinary procedures and labor law compliance
Liaise with legal advisors and regulatory bodies when required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards
Experience with HR analytics tools and reporting systems
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
