Human Resources Manager
List of duties:
1. Assist and maintain all activities related to HR at group level.
2. Implement and manage the HR system including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel administration, counselling & guidance and reward & recognition.
3. Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations.
4. Ensure compliance to applicable Labour Laws.
5. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
6. Any other HR Related duties.
Requirements:
• Masters Level: MBA Specialisation HRM
• Degree: BSC (Hons) Human Resources Management)
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in relevant field
• Good mastery and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
