We are seeking a professional, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone.
  • Provide accurate information on insurance products, claims, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate with the sales, underwriting, and claims teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
