Position Purpose and Description
This position exists to support Team Leaders to maximize departmental financial results by providing them with pertinent information and statistics regarding the quality of work of employees within the Department. The Quality Auditor is responsible for auditing the output of bills, of negotiations, and different tasks in order to assess if team objectives and client expectations are being met.
This role requires the knowledge of processes and procedures of many roles in order to perform and track audits, bring forward recommendations on process improvement, and new ways to measure quality of work. The Quality Auditor is also responsible for working in collaboration with all leaders in the department and providing timely and accurate feedback to the respective leader while maintaining confidentiality of information.
Expected Outcomes & Actions – Weighting
- AUDITING AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO THE LEADERS (70%)
- Conducts daily, random, and selective audits based on team needs
- Determine if processes are performed in compliance with established procedures or guidelines
- Communicates audit results to Team Leaders and make recommendations, including process improvements
- Compile and track audits
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- MAINTAIN EXISTING AND DEVELOP NEW METHODS OF MEASURING AND IMPROVING QUALITY (20%)
- Create scorecards to track quality of work
- Develop methods to track individual audits
- Document processes and procedures
- PROJECTS, ASSIGNMENTS AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (10%)
- Take on assigned special projects, tasks and assignments including performing some tasks or role within the department.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- 5 years of relevant work experience
