BDO IT Consulting Ltd seeks a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our consulting services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement efficient and creative marketing strategies.
- Lead business development and sales activities, including onboarding new clients.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information, as well as sales opportunities, in the CRM.
- Identify target decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Reach out to prospects through multiple channels (calls, LinkedIn, email, events, etc.) to establish first contact.
- Conduct meetings and conference calls with clients, prospects, and partners to assess needs and prepare tailored proposals.
- Present and promote our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective value propositions.
- Identify new market trends and contribute to product and service development with commercial potential.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all service lines.
- Use data and KPIs to monitor progress, measure success, and report achievements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Law.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in a Compliance or Professional Services environment.
- Solid understanding of market research methods and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and web analytics.
