Electronic Security Specialist

WeSecure Ltd, sister company of Avacor Ltd, is looking for an Electronic Security Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The Electronic Security Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance & repair of electronic security equipment’s. He is a professional that ensure the quality of technical works, delivers support to the technical team and coordinate with the administrative teams and customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, or repair of Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm, CCTV Systems, Access Control, Patrol Tour System, Automatic Gates, or other related equipment’s.

• Perform accurate surveys to determine customers security requirements.

• Supervise, guide, and provide support to the technical team.

• Perform quality control inspections on new installations and maintenance operations.

• Provide support to the Administrative & Sales teams regarding technical information and reporting.

• Validate technical Job Cards, Surveys, and Reports as and when required.

• Examine security systems to confirm configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

• Provide regular training to Technicians to uplifts the skills of the team.

• Participate in the daily planning, control lead-times of installations and interventions.

• Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation: Technical Intervention Report, Survey Sheet, Commissioning reports.

• Be responsible for assigned tools, plant and test equipment.

• Coordinate with Management and other colleagues for the purpose of completing projects / work orders efficiently.

• Demonstrates effective positive customer service and always be courteous with clients.

• Keep client’s property clean after each & every intervention.

• Keep up to date about new products, systems, and developments.

• Make sure to be available during working hours & outside hours during standby days.

• For security measures of our clients, you will be required to remain on call outside your working hours and attend any site assigned to you by your Line Manager in case of any emergency.

• Proper grooming and full uniform are required.
