Reporting to a Development Manager, the Developer is responsible for designing and implementing new products and features as well as enhancing existing solutions. The Developer will collaborate with an energetic team of Developers, Test Engineers, Product Managers and Technical Writers throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing innovator in a technically challenging and rewarding role.

What you'll get to do

• Collaborate within a cross functional distributed team on the design and implementation of new features
• Take ownership of end-to-end development, from conception to production release.
• Drive engineering excellence by applying best coding practices, design patterns, and maintainable code.
• Full-stack development on a modern web application, including both API/service development and UI work.
• Build high-performing, responsive, and accessible UI components that enhance user experience.
• Including front end development of high performing UI controls
• Perform thoughtful and constructive code reviews to ensure team-wide code quality
• Automation and working in building Automation Framework

Skills and Experience we value

• Bachelors in computer science or related field
• 3+ years of working experience with C# and .NET Framework
• 2 + years of experience with TSQL and relational database systems
• 2+ years of experience in delivering enterprise level software and building high performing applications
• 2+ year experience working with front-end development skills in React, and JavaScript or TypeScript. 
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development
• Experience building high performance and scalable applications
• Great communication skills
• Able to work with a distributed team
• Understanding of software development best practices: Agile, code reviews, unit testing, version control (Git).

 What would make you stand out

• Experience with Azure
• Experience working with cloud technologies in a microservice architecture
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
• Experience with JMeter, Selenium.
• Experience in writing automated test scripts for tools such as Cypress, Selenium, FitNesse, Specflow, or Playwright.
• Contributions to open source projects or a strong GitHub/portfolio presence.
