Role Summary
The Finance Analyst supports accurate, timely financial operations through analysis, discrepancy resolution, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
College education, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of professional working experience; experience in finance or operations is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and collaborative team player with a flexible, adaptable approach to a dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Work timings: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Accurately process payments across multiple approved methods, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
Verify payment information in line with company procedures and guidelines.
Reconcile financial transactions, maintaining clear trails and documentation for internal compliance.
Coordinate client communications via email to address and resolve financial inquiries, provide clarifications, and ensure accurate information exchange.
Monitor transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity, escalating cases in accordance with internal protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with the fraud and risk team to ensure all financial processes align with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of financial procedures to meet evolving standards and enhance operational efficiency.
