Tele Agent

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound or receiving inbound calls to promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services
• Receive inbound calls and respond to customer questions, concerns, or requests
• Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales
• Handle customer objections professionally and turn inquiries into positive outcomes
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
• Maintain a professional tone and high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills and typing speed
