Senior Artworker/ Retoucher

As a Senior Artworker / Retoucher, you will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across digital, OOH and print channels. You will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and production teams to ensure flawless execution and consistent brand expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouching and optimizing high-end imagery for multi-asset international campaigns, e-commerce, OOH, POS and print.
• Preparing artwork for print and digital channels with pixel-perfect precision.
• Ensuring brand guidelines are followed while maintaining a creative edge.
• Collaborating with designers and creatives to execute concepts seamlessly.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting very tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Providing technical expertise on file preparation, color management, and production workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as an Artworker / Retoucher, ideally in an agency or studio environment.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing both artwork production and advanced retouching. Show us your skills in retouching skin, complex backgrounds or the like.
• Deep understanding of prepress and digital production processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual excellence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – with excellent English spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
