B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Accounting Services- Quality Control and Reporting:
⚫ In charge of booking of Trade and Non-Trade Payables with correct analytical dimensions according to the PTP process
⚫ In charge of the process periodic and ad hoc payments in an accurate and timely manner with zero tolerance rate of “double-payment”.
⚫ In charge of AR/Interco in terms of AR and Intercompany transactional activities
⚫ Follow month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of both financial and non-financial reports, and in compliance with GAAP and Group policies for accounting and reporting
⚫ Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the accounting records and reporting the information to our internal clients
⚫ Perform monthly balance sheet Reconciliation, Accounts allocation, Intercompany and Bank reconciliation, Fixed Assets register reconciliation to the Ledger under supervision of Financial Accountant – Team Lead
⚫ Run depreciation and revaluation on monthly basis
⚫ G&A P&L review with Financial Accountant – Team Lead
⚫ Post invoices and deferred revenue from INCA, deferred revenue BS reconciliation
⚫ Calculate, record, monitor accruals and prepayments on monthly basis
⚫ IFRS16 calculation and journal posting
⚫ Assist with year-end closing process and ensure timely production of audited accounts
⚫ Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required
Internal Client Management:
⚫ Provide support for internal and external audit queries
⚫ Provide support to WC, Treasury and FP&A as requested by Team Lead

⚫ Minimum 5 years work experience in accounting
• Prior experience in a global organization with multi-currency and multi-country financial reporting required
• SUN and Oracle Accounting knowledge is an added value

• Degree in accounting and finance
