Our client in the manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking to recruit a Brand Executive to lead brand development efforts. The incumbent will establish brand strategy, ensure message consistency, oversee campaigns, and analyse performance.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the custodian of the brand, leveraging data-driven insights to uncover opportunities for growth while preserving the brand's core strength and identity.
- Independently manage portfolio of products.
- Developing and executing comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market activations, to achieve brand and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to engage, inspire and galvanise the latter around the brand vision and ensure that targets are met.
- Oversee budgets, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyse consumer and competitors behaviours and market trends.
- Ensure timely sales and marketing reporting to management and suppliers.
Profile:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related, MBA preferred.
- 3+ years related experience at Management level.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, being able to inspire and drive internal & external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver results within tight timelines.
