Our client is seeking to recruit a dedicated, detail oriented Key Account Specialist who will be ready to support key client relationships in a dynamic and growing company. The Key Account Specialist will report to the Head of Commercial.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure full compliance and support throughout the onboarding process for new clients and employees across the African
  • continent.
  • Update existing client files, implement new workers, and make necessary changes in the company’s ERP system to keep it properly updated.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables for onboarding, offboarding, salary or contract changes, and other assignments, meeting clients’ specifications and needs.
  • Respond quickly to client queries and assist with new requests and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the company’s network of in-country partners to ensure timely enrollment of medical insurance, life insurance, and pension schemes for clients, as well as supporting immigration processes for expatriates throughout Africa.
  • Manage and support clients’ requests for staff terminations.
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to develop new proposals that meet client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Provide accurate guidance on the company’s services.
  • Monitor the portfolio of clients and workers to ensure all necessary contracts, SLAs, work orders, addendums, and related documents are in place.
  • Perform any other tasks requested by clients or Key Account Managers.
Profile:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or client support role within the insurance sector.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • High level of diligence, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance across Africa is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
