The Business Development Executive – SME (BDE – SME) promotes financial solutions to Corporate and SME clients, builds strong customer relationships, and ensures reliable service. They help business leaders choose the right financial products to support growth in a changing market
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Stay informed on SME market trends and position full product offerings to clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and promote products.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitive activity.
- Prepare and submit technical files and ensure accurate KYC documentation.
- Support sales and marketing strategy development.
- Liaise with credit teams for file approvals and report sales figures regularly.
- Share updates in monthly meetings and ensure proper KYC collection.
- Build deep knowledge of local SME industries and regulations.
- Ensure service continuity and timely client/stakeholder feedback within SLAs.
- Represent the company at corporate events and assist leadership in strategy planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams for prompt sales file approvals.
- Actively participate in fairs, workshops, and webinars.
Profile
- Degree in business/finance related fields or experience in the factoring industry.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sales.
