The Role
We’re looking for a Spare Parts Manager to take ownership of our spare parts operations, ensuring smooth product repairs. You’ll be the go-to expert for all brands and product categories, driving efficiency, supplier partnerships, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end spare parts process: procurement, inventory, forecasting, and reverse logistics.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs, delivery timelines, and cost efficiencies.
- Keep our parts flowing: track ETAs, manage orders, and maintain accurate data across systems.
- Optimize stock levels to balance availability and cost while maximizing brand profitability.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid customer support.
- Analyze data, report insights, and recommend improvements to drive performance.
Who You Are
- You know domestic appliances and consumer electronics inside out.
- Experienced in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing SLAs, credit terms, and logistics.
- Analytical, organized, and proactive—always looking ahead to anticipate needs.
- Tech-savvy with ERP or inventory management systems.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
