HFM is committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Trading Operations Officer (Shift Rotation) to join our team.
Your role at HFM:
- Monitor the performance and stability of all trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted market access.
- Track client trading activity to identify unusual patterns or potential risks to the company.
- Manage trading schedules by overseeing global market holidays and preparing relevant operational adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to trade execution and pricing in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously monitor corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, spin-offs) and ensure accurate reflection on trading platforms.
- Maintain and update trading-related content on the company’s website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support the testing and implementation of new financial instruments, system enhancements, or technology updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments by providing accurate and timely support on trading-related matters.
- Assist with tasks related to the company’s affiliate program, ensuring seamless coordination and operational support.
Requirements:
- BA/BSc in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading operations.
- Willingness and ability to work on a structured 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
