Provides efficient and prompt service to guests in accordance with Hotel standards and procedures; adheres to Hotel rules & regulations and performs ancillary duties
Welcomes and greets guests promptly and politely
Gives information to guests on all activities and services available and provides appropriate assistance to them upon their queries, requests and complaints
Prepares and dispatched arrival, departure, in-house guests and daily report lists for other departments
Prepares set-up for group arrival
Transforms information from regristration form to Hogatex (check-in)
Answers and directs local and international calls
