The Finance and Strategy Analyst will be at the heart of Cim Finances Cards and Payments financial decision-making. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability, model new business opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. His/Her insights will directly influence pricing strategies, product development, and cost optimization efforts across Cim Finances credit card and payments portfolio.

• Financial modelling to guide business decisions
  
• Analyse new opportunities to help the business grow
  
• Plan budgets and forecast performance for the team
  
• Create presentations and benchmark competitors
  
• Support strategy development with data-driven insights
  
• Review products to boost profitability
  
• Own the P&L for our Credit Card and Payments business
  
• Track key metrics and recommend actions to improve results
  
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Finance to launch projects and campaigns
  
• Influence key business decisions with your analysis
  
• Manage and optimise our business portfolio

• CA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or a Bachelor's in Finance
  
• 3–4 years of experience in business or corporate finance
  
• Experience in Banking, Credit Cards, or Payments is an advantage
  
• Comfortable working with large datasets
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• Sharp analytical thinking and logical problem-solving mindset
