Reporting to the HR Manager, the candidate will support daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, events, and internal communications, while ensuring smooth processes aligned with C-Care Mauritius’ strategic goals.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Provide support in clearing the back log in the department.
  • Collect and consolidate HR data for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Provide support with attendance tracking and general HR operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR practices and employee management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Location: C-Care Corporate Office, Moka, Mauritius
