Maintenance Assistant

Logidis Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The incumbent will report to the Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Perform general electrical and plumbing repairs.

•           Ensure functionality and upkeep of mechanical equipment (e.g., forklift, trans pallet).

•           Conduct painting work across offices, warehouse, and common areas.

•           Maintain and repair air conditioning systems.

•           Participate actively in preventive maintenance programs.

•           Perform routine inspections, identify and report maintenance needs.

•           Capable of welding for structural and repair tasks.

•           Respond effectively to maintenance emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.

•           Liaise with contractors and service providers for equipment and facility maintenance.

•           Demonstrate polyvalence within the maintenance department.

Qualifications & Experience:

•           NTC3 or equivalent qualification required.

•           Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role.

•           Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and welding.

Other Requisites:

•           Proficiency with hand and power tools.

•           Highly organized, with strong communication abilities.

•           Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving.

•           Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations within company standards.
