Group Finance Operations Analyst North Mauritius

An international financial services firm is seeking a dynamic Group Operations Analyst to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with executives in South Africa and the UK, this role offers unique exposure, cross-border collaboration, and exceptional growth opportunities.

You will form part of a small, specialised team focused on strategic projects, management information, and ad-hoc reporting—playing a pivotal role in supporting decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and compile reports for stakeholders, integrating financial and non-financial data to ensure data driven decision making.
• Analyse data on business performance and create optimisations through policies and procesess
• Identify and investigate anomalies to ensure accurate business insights.
• Collaborate with divisional teams and IT/MIS to deliver automated solutions.
• Scrutinise MIS and financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with mapping of processes
• Prepare management presentations and summarise complex data for decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc requests and contribute to high-impact projects.

Qualification required:
Recently qualified CA(SA)

OR ACCA / CIMA qualified / part qualified with a minimum of 4 year’s experience in a financial operations role.

Experience required:
Financial services exposure (advantageous)
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent analytical, numerical, and project planning skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
