Assistant Site Manager

Ensure the day-to-day supervision of the site under your responsibility by following the directions and tasks given by the Site Manager and/or Production Manager.

- Ensuring that the wellbeing of animals housed on the farm facility is as per standard and flow proper planning.

- Follow-up on sanitary protocols and procedures on a daily basis.

- Assist the Site Manage on the management of resources, schedules of activities and protocols.

- Lead by example the human resources by motivating, driving and engaging in various field operational works and activities. 

- Ensure proper collaboration with other department to drive business efficiency.

- Support the Quality Department in the implementation and reviewing of protocols to constantly improve the work processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders during audits. 

- Follow-up on a daily basis repairs and maintenance of your site. 

- Adopt the right attitude to live the corporate values on a daily basis.
