Are you creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about building online communities?
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our brand across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Monitor daily activity on social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales, HR) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Stay up to date with current trends, tools, applications, and social media best practices to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with influencers or partners as needed for social campaigns or collaborations.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to ensure social media efforts align with the company’s overall business and marketing goals.
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on the performance of social media campaigns
