Room Service Waiter

Serves food and beverages under guidance of Room Service Manager within Hotels Service Standards, keeps work environment clean and tidy.

• Provides best service and care to the guests
• Knows current activities and promotion at the hotel
• Creates good relations between Room Service and Kitchen
• Assists Room Service tool cleaning
• Cares about grooming standards
• Makes sure that serves correct food regarding the order and correct timing
• Able to take orders and makes up selling
• Performs other duties which are given by supervisor
• She/he should be familiar with the major relevant Hotels & Resorts Operational Standards relevant to her area of responsibility as well as the local/domestic policies and procedures and consider them within her/his daily scope of work
