Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to lead our Syndic Accounting team. The successful candidate will ensure all accounts are accurately maintained and up to date, while overseeing the work of Junior Accountants to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Syndic Accounting team.

• Ensure all accounts are properly maintained and reconciled.

• Review and verify work completed by Junior Accountants.

• Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
