As an Cluster Assistant General Manager at our prestigious RIU properties in Mauritius, you will be a key figure in supporting the General Manager in achieving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and business targets. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure each area operates effectively, providing seamless guest experiences.
- Support the General Manager in all daily operations to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to meet property goals.
- Lead and develop team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Actively contribute to RIU’s brand standards, guest satisfaction, and overall property reputation.
