To assist CROs in creating, nurturing, and managing long term business relationships with Individuals and SMEs clients, ensuring that they receive the customised service they need.
Main Duties:
- Assist in performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under the Team Leader’s guidance.
- Provide assistance to ensure on time and scheduled response to clients, within shortest delay.
- Assist CROs in providing competitive quotations and ensure follow-ups are done for same.
- Ensure adequate checking of insurance related documents / client instructions received.
- Perform detailed follow up on missing documents / documents requiring modifications, from insurers.
- Provide reports as and when needed by your reporting line.
Education And Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
- HSC or any other certification in management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in a customer service sector.
Specialised Knowledge and skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work.
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the company.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within set parameters.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, and meets deadlines.
- Being proactive, accountable, and taking ownership of tasks assigned / duties to handle.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
