Electrical Supervisor

Supervise all electrical work related to site projects.

Reporting to the Head of Cluster – Direct Jobs of the Electrical Department, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

Order materials and follow up on sites with the Procurement Team
Manage a team of Electricians and Team Leaders
Evaluate the performance of Electricians and Team Leaders and provide feedback to Management
Attend surveys’ meetings and submit breakdowns for quotation purposes
Ensure works are completed promptly
Ensure Sign-Off sheets are submitted to the Head Office for claiming purposes
Ensure Health & Safety measures are respected on the sites as per the company’s policies
