Junior Investment Data Operator (2532-JIDO)

Our client, in the finance services is seeking to recruit a Junior Investment Data Operator. The incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the financial operations.

Responsibilities:

 Portfolio Management:

• Record stock market trading transactions, client transfers and updating portfolio investments to maintain precise records.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for portfolio managers, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Account Monitoring:

• Follow up on negative cash accounts for clients and ensure timely resolution and oversee management fees calculations on a quarterly basis.

Error Management:

• Identify and correct portfolio performances promptly to maintain data integrity.

Documentation:

• Write, submit, and file essential reports to support organizational transparency and efficiency.

Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Portfolio data management and reporting proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be ready to work with French language financial software and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
