PNL is currently seeking for Transport and Administrative Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in transport and general administrative tasks.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of transport for employees on a daily basis
- Regular Fleet inspections
- Monitoring of vehicle fuel consumption & cards
- Monitoring of vehicle licences, insurances and permits
- Monitoring of vehicle service & accident repairs
- Preparation of transport dept reports accurately and timeously
- Ensure updated filing of document
- Perform cognate dutie
PROFILE:
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar post
- Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge in mechanics (REF: TAC 07/2025)
- Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work schedules within a logistics or a similar environment
- Holder of a valid driving licence (manual)
