The HR & Training coordinator will be responsible for the following
- Preparation of TNA based on which a Training Calendar will be set for the year.
- Ensure that the training costs are within Training Budget.
- Meetings with Training providers regarding training needs for all department.
- Organise set up for trainings to be delivered, provide training materials to participants and Trainer.
- Monitor all training delivered through feedback forms.
- Preparation of Training Report at end of the year.
- Liaise with Finance department for follow up on payments of trainings.
- Follow up with HRDC for all G1 Form sent for, acknowledgement receipt, any clarification requested; send G3 form within deadline for refund.
- Liaise with Training Institutions for Certificates and receipt of payment.
- Liaising with MQA for all administrative documents.
- Conduct Induction for new recruits.
- Responsible for all apprentices of MITD, and Internship requests, follow up on attendance of apprentices.
- Assist with day to day operations of HR Functions
- Act as Support to HR team in assisting in other HR Related.
