FISCOM Services Limited is looking for a dynamic Travel Manager for its sister Company FISCOM Travel Services Limited. The Company is looking for someone who can take responsibility for all aspects of the business within the travel agency.
Experience: 5 Years minimum
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist business clients with travel bookings and inquiries
• Deliver personalized customer support via phone and email
• Manage travel reservations and changes with accuracy
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is required
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Confidence in handling client requests with precision and initiative
