ONG SENG GOBURDHUN PARTNERS LTD is a Consultancy firm specialized in Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services and situated at Gordon Street, Rose Hill.

 

 

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant         

                                          

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including sorting and distributing mails and couriers.
  • Type, prepare, and compile correspondences, reports and documents
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Perform any other duties as may be requested by Management

 

 

 Profile

  • Holder of Higher School Certificate
  • Age range 25-40 years old
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Should have at least 2 years working experience
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Preferably living in Plaines Wilhems

 

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday : 9h - 17h
  • Full-time, office-based role.
