The Accounts Clerk will perform duties in the General Ledger department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive invoices and verify with respective Purchase Order.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Process invoices on system and send to cashier for payment.
- Review creditor’s ageing.
- Prepare schedule of expenses.
- Reconcile statement of account.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting.
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar position.
- Well-versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
- Strong team player.
- Should be proactive, creative, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Quality and detailed oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, odd hours and meet monthly deadlines.
