As a key member of our store, you'll assist customers, offer expert advice, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and advice
• Provide expert information on tools, building supplies, electrical equipment, and DIY products
• Process sales transactions, returns, and special orders
• Maintain clean and organized product displays and shelves
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
• Meet individual and team sales goals

📋 Requirements

Education & Experience

• SC, HSC or equivalent
• Retail or hardware sales experience is a definite advantage

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic hardware product knowledge
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft tools
