YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents with low complexity, perform simple tasks and ensuring service continuity and compliance with SLAs and company policies.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of and manage the resolution of simple incidents related to SD products ensuring that solutions are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement workarounds when necessary to minimize the impact of incidents on business operations and maintain service continuity.
- Keep tickets up to date by properly documenting and efficiently managing the ticketing process, while communicating clearly and concisely with customers, including demanding stakeholders, to manage expectations and provide timely updates on incident progress and resolution.
- Work with broader technical teams across multiple technology platforms to effectively resolve more complex technical issues such as numerous users not being able to login.
- Perform simple tasks such as creating and modifying user access.
- Assist team members in handling all requests managed by the team in a collaborative and constructive spirit.
- Be responsible for creating and managing tickets that require escalation or involvement of another service, ensuring prompt response and resolution in line with SLAs.
- Provide regular reporting within your team and to your manager on the progress of your tasks.
- Adhere to schedules and commitments made and given.
- Alert your manager or team lead in case of any difficulties, of any nature (resources, time, etc.).
- Comply with company policies, including data protection, protocols, and security procedures, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in information technology/business management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to details and ability to work with large data sets with skill and confidence.
- Proficiency in English and French and excellent communication skills.
- Fast learner, able to work independently and with minimal direction.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet.
Customer Service Oriented.
- Basic SQL Knowledge.
- Adherence to the company Policies, including data protection and security protocols and Procedures.
