Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Workshop Controller for its After Sales Service (Bodyshop) department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the job clocking of technicians and report all anomalies.
- Review and submit daily attendance report to the HR department.
- Prepare purchase orders for paint materials, consumables and spare parts.
- Assist the Administrative Manager for the distribution of uniforms and stationeries.
- Assist the workshop coordinator for the inventory of tools and equipment.
- Liaise with local suppliers for tools/equipment/consumables estimates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher School Certificate
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- High sense of commitment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
