To assist the team Leader in hunting / onboarding new merchants and ensuring budgetary targets are met. Developing new business opportunities while always having an eye for promoting cross-selling initiatives and delivering excellent customer service to both internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Promote and present Cim payment solutions and other products to new leads as per their business needs
- Assist the Team Leader & Manager in developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve budgeted volume and revenue/ profit targets
- Engage & develop professional relationships with new merchants to ensure continuous growth & increase business opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities with merchants and partners by promoting cross-selling initiatives
- Become an account expert in the merchant services products and solutions offered
- Target and plan sales presentations to Merchants, as required
- Conduct profit and loss simulation for deriving merchant commission rate to be applied on respective lead
- Follow up of Merchant's applications for complete and timely delivery
- Connect with merchants via new channel / GTM strategy.
- Maintain sales pipelines record & provide weekly/daily & monthly sales activities, progress and status of each prospective merchants
- Verify all documentation received from Merchant is as per onboarding requirement & obtain adequate documentation in line with KYC policies at the time of new merchant sign-ups to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Follow the agreed processes for all merchant related activities including merchant approval, account activation and integration & deployment
- Support Merchant KYC remediation as required, implement any require changes, resolution of any matters arising from the review.
- Ensure adherence to relevant internal/external policies, compliance and procedures (Company’s, Associations & Regulators

Candidate's Profile
- Min Degree in Banking/Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in merchant acquiring, business development
- Sales experience in Banking sector/Fintech would be an advantage
- A valid driving license
