Assist and coordinate in the implementation of the Phoenix Beverages Group’s sustainability strategy to ensure the integration of environmentally and socially responsible practices across all PBL business operations and in the community:
Profile:
Degree in Environmental Engineering / Renewable Energies / Sustainability Related subject
Microsoft Office Skills
Knowledge of Environment Management Systems ISO 14001, Sustainability, ESG Reporting standards, Carbon Accounting
Min 2-3 years’ experience in managing Environment system, in community outreach and implementing sustainability initiatives
Main responsibilities:
- Waste management – Liaise with waste recyclers for waste collection and reporting of data
- Follow-up on ESG KPIs – water usage, energy usage, etc.
- Follow-up on actions from Carbon Footprint assessment and other evaluations
- Assist QSE team in environmental risk assessment and maintenance of our partners’ environmental standards
- Assist in documenting ISO 50001 procedures
- Conduct on-site inspections and checks, internal audits with respect to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and applicable legal regulations
- Assist in organising Sustainability events with various stakeholders
- Conduct induction and awareness of associates on Sustainability themes
- Assist in suppliers evaluation with respect to sustainability
