Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, expat management , training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Main Duties:
- Provide general support to the HR Team.
- Oversees Employee attendance and working schedule
- Payroll preparation in close cooperation with Finance
- Capture and update daily attendance for month-end payroll processing
- Follow up of staff leaves
- Gather and maintain payroll data in a discreet manner
Skills/Competencies:
- HSC with Mathematics and Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Administration
- Experience in HR would be an advantage
- Experience in the Construction Industry would be a strong asset
- Strong willingness to learn
- Aability to multi-task and work multiple deadlines
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of local labour legislation
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS office application - MS Excel and Word
NOTE: Preference will be given to those living in the vicinity of Flacq
